Thank you for your interest to become a vendor in our 2020 St Patrick's Day Block Party on Main Street. Sending
an application does not guarantee acceptance. Each application will be evaluated by our selection committee.
This event is family friendly and we encourage local vendors to apply. All vendors will be notified via email
or phone once their application is approved. The fee is $75 for vendors and $300 for food trucks. Vendor spaces are 11ft and food truck spaces are 33ft. Please note that you must supply your own electricity. There are only 10 vendor spots with electrical outlets. They cost $100 each and are first come first serve. Upon approval you can drop your payment off at Crispy’s Springfield Gallery in the form of cash or check. Please make checks payable to Meros Academy. For your convenience we will also be accepting Cash App & Venmo payments.
This event will take place on Saturday, March 14th between 1pm – 9pm. The street will close at 11am so vendors can set up early. You will be required to bring your own tables, chairs and tents as well as cleaning any trash in your area. Your designated spot will be emailed the week before the event.
